This referral program is designed for retail industry affiliates and consultants. It is not designed for MerchantOS customers recommending MerchantOS to other retailers.

How it works.

For every verified referral MerchantOS pays out:
Basic Account: $100
All Others: $150 / retail location

The Rules

  1. To be included in this program you must send us ten point of sale software referrals within a one year period. We pay for the first ten when you hit your tenth.
  2. Payment is delivered after the referred account hits 90 days of account activity once you are included in the program. We pay out for all mature referrals every 90 days.
  3. Let us know of any customers you send our way within one month of their sign-up. We’ll soon be able to provide links for your website that will tell you and us about customers sent from your site
  4. Referred customers should be encouraged to contact MerchantOS as their first point of contact for MerchantOS support and sales related questions. Our product includes phone support for all account types and we want to make sure every customer you send our way succeeds with us.
  5. If you sell point of sale hardware, the retailer should be aware that we are best at supporting our recommended models. The retailer would be best served, if you could sell them the recommended peripherals. Contact our support for the exact model numbers.
  6. If you sell merchant services, we only work with the Element payment gateway for PCI compliance. Make sure you are okay with the details of that gateway and it is compatible with your payment network.

This reseller program is not designed for our customers. We have structured our business to put all our energy into making an awesome product and corresponding support service. We do not employ an army of sales people. And we try our hardest to provide you with way more value every month than you pay us in cash. We hope that if you enjoy our product you’ll tell others about it.
