Remote Support Application (Teamviewer)

Instructions and links to download and install Teamviewer, the software that the MerchantOS Support Heroes can use to remotely connect and control your computer when helping you diagnose and address problems.

1. Download the application
   • Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8
   • Mac 10.3 and newer
2. Run application
3. Tell your support hero the ID and password displayed
