• We will stay laser focused on our core: making retail software easy.
• We listen to all feedback and try to incorporate it into our plans. With that said, more features does not equal better product – we will add an enhance the product when those additions add value for everyone without compromising ease of use.
• We are open and straightforward with customers. We don’t hide fees or prices.
• If we think a customer is a bad fit for our software, we tell them so.
